Transportation for June 2006 Conference

Discounts have been arranged with SuperShuttle and ExecuCar for transportation to and from the Denver airport. The SuperShuttles will have window signs welcoming SciDAC attendees and discount tickets may be purchased from the SuperShuttle counters (against the wall between baggage carousels). Alternatively you can purchase your tickets in advance online from the link www.supershuttle.com , select Hotel Service. Our discount code is ABGHS. You can reserve transportation via a towncar or SUV (for groups) using the same website and code (just at a higher price). The Denver reservations number is 303-370-1300.

The discount arranged for the shuttles (vans) is $30 round trip or $19 one way. Shuttles leave every 15 minutes. Transportation arrangements should be made from the Denver International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Convention Center. All conference sessions will be held in this hotel.
