Agenda for June 2006 Conference

While we still have some minor items to finalize on the agenda (final titles from some speakers), the dates and times are set. [Agenda]

Speakers

All of the speakers have accepted our invitations, but we don't have all the titles and abstracts yet. We have not yet done the program pour (assigning each speaker to a specific time slot), but we do have a list of accepted speakers. [speaker list] We are currently confirming the invited posters. Location

All events will take place on the fourth floor of the Hyatt Regency (Hyatt Regency at Denver Convention Center) in the Capitol Ballroom and adjacent Foyers.

General Schedule

In general terms, the meeting will begin Sunday evening June 25 with a networking reception (badges will be available for pickup). Monday through Thursday (June 26-29) the meeting will open with a 7:00 am working breakfast which includes welcoming addresses and announcements. The general daily schedule that follows is broken into 90 minute blocks with half-hour networking breaks at 10 am and 3 pm and a 90 minute working lunch with BOFs at noon. The first session of each morning will be two 40 minute featured talks. The remaining three daily blocks will have three 25 minute invited talks. There are no parallel sessions.

Two of the evenings (Tuesday and Wednesday) we will have evening Poster receptions from 7:30 to 10 pm. All posters are by invitation.

The meeting will end Thursday evening.
