Boardroom and BOFs

Boardroom available for committee meetings

A boardroom will be available all week for committee meetings. The room can be reserved in two-hour increments. The location is the Sandstone Room on the fourth Floor (same level as meeting ballroom), which will accommodate 12 people with Internet capability and white board/markers. If you know in advance that you would like to reserve this room, please contact us at conference@scidac.org. During the meeting, please see the Conference staff (in the Limestone Room on the fourth floor) to reserve a time slot.

Lunchtime tables available for BOFs

Some of the lunchtime tables can be labeled with topics to allow Birds-of-a-Feather sessions (BOFs) during the working lunches. Some tables are already designated (for featured speakers, specific vendors, etc.), so availablity may be limited on some days. You can sign up in advance by contacting us at conference@scidac.org or coming to the staff office (Limestone) during the working breakfast or morning break.
